Nordic consumers’ opinion of food, climate and health
YouGov has been tracking the attitudes of Nordic consumers to food, climate and health for 15 years. The report of 2021 covers interesting trends such as snacking with a growing amount of consumers eating on the go and skipping meals. It also covers health and functional food to capture the consumers’ increased focus in their personal health with possibility to strengthen their immune system and health in general with food and supplements.
The report is conducted with a national representative sample of the population aged 18 years or older in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. In total 4000 interviews have been conducted with 1000 interviews in each country. The data collection was carried out in March 2021.

The report is in English and covers all four markets with both general Nordic insights and specific key findings per market.
